Student Counselling
We offer counselling services for adolescents age 12+ for a range of issues including anxiety, depression, bullying, school stress, sexual identity, suicidal thoughts, cutting, dating violence, self esteem, or others. We also work with youth who are being impacted by their parent’s separation, divorce, relationship abuse, or addictions. Youth 12+ are generally in control of their own counselling process, determining what level of involvement their parents will have and what information will be shared between parents / counsellor. Under Ontario Law any information disclosed indicating actual or risk of harm will be shared with legal guardians and the appropriate authorities.
Calming Tree Counselling is a 5 minute drive from Conestoga College Doon Campus.
