Amy Meyer, BSW, RSW
Amy Meyer holds a bachelor’s degree in both Social Work (BSW) and Social Development Studies (BA) from the University of Waterloo. Amy is currently completing her health focused Master of Social Work degree with an estimated completion date of September of 2024.
Amy is a Registered Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). She has experience supporting children, youth, adults and families experiencing mental health challenges, facing life transitions, experiencing family conflict, and childhood trauma. Amy prioritizes the development of a caring, warm, and creative space to promote compassionate early intervention to children and youth. Amy is a proud ally of the 2SLGBTQ+ community.
Amy creates a safe counselling environment by building a strong therapeutic relationship and works collaboratively with her clients using a variety of therapeutic approaches and interventions.
