Our Services

Individual Counselling

Individual counselling is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained counsellor—in a safe, caring, and confidential environment—to explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.

Student Counselling

We offer counselling services for adolescents age 12+ for a range of issues including anxiety, depression, bullying, school stress, sexual identity, suicidal thoughts, self harming, dating violence, self esteem, or any other concerns.

Children’s Counselling

We offer counselling services for children under the age of 12 for a range of issues including anxiety, depression, behavioural concerns, aggression, bullying, school stress, sexual identity, self esteem or any other concerns.

Relationship Counselling

Relationship counselling is a process through which a couple (who may be engaged, dating, married, partnered—or sometimes even parent and child or other pairings) works with a counsellor to identify specific areas of conflict and/or aspects of their relationship they would like to change, and then develops a plan of action to improve each individual’s satisfaction and contentment.

Grief Counselling

Grief counselling can provide a supportive environment where individuals can process their thoughts, feelings and behaviours following the death or loss of a loved one, struggles with infertility, loss of a job or death of a beloved pet.
